About these terms

These terms apply when you book a consultation or treatment with Lawrie Aesthetics Ltd.

Please read them before booking. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Lawrie Aesthetics Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16666535.

Registered office: 2 Southview, Cotswold Close, Brimscombe, Stroud, England, GL5 2UA.

You can contact the clinic at jasmine@laesthetics.co.uk

Booking an appointment

Appointments can be requested through our online booking system or by contacting the clinic.

Your appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from Lawrie Aesthetics or its booking system. Please check the treatment, date, time, location and payment information and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

You must provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments and anything else that may affect your suitability for treatment.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure every appointment. The amount payable will be displayed during the booking process.

The deposit will be deducted from the amount payable for the relevant consultation or treatment.

Deposits are fully refundable when an appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling and late arrival

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or rearrange the appointment to avoid affecting other clients. Treatment will only proceed where there is sufficient time to provide it safely and appropriately.

Cancellation by the clinic

We may occasionally need to change or cancel an appointment because of illness, equipment problems, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund of the deposit paid for the affected appointment.

We will not be responsible for additional expenses or losses resulting from an appointment being changed or cancelled, except where the law states otherwise.

Consultations and treatment suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment.

Receiving a consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be provided. We may decline, postpone, change or stop a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, safe or in your best interests.

If we decide that a treatment is unsuitable, we will explain the reason and discuss any appropriate alternatives.

Consent

The risks, benefits, expected results, alternatives and relevant aftercare will be explained before treatment.

You must be given an opportunity to ask questions before providing consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including immediately before or during treatment.

Medical questionnaires and treatment-specific consent forms may be completed through Aesthetic Nurse Software.

Treatment results

Treatment results and recovery times vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Photographs, testimonials and examples of previous results are provided for general illustration and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same outcome.

Information on our website does not replace an individual consultation or medical advice.

Age restrictions

Lawrie Aesthetics does not provide injectable aesthetic treatments to anyone under 18.

Other treatments may be subject to separate minimum-age, suitability and consent requirements.

Prices and payments

Current prices will be displayed through the website or booking system or confirmed before treatment.

Any remaining treatment balance must be paid in accordance with the information provided during booking or consultation.

We reserve the right to change prices, but a price change will not affect an appointment already confirmed unless the change is agreed with you or an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Aftercare

You are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided to you.

If you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following treatment, contact the clinic promptly using the aftercare contact information provided.

Seek urgent medical help where symptoms are severe or require emergency treatment.

Privacy and photographs

We handle personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Notice.

Clinical photographs may form part of your treatment record. Permission to use photographs or videos for website, social-media or marketing purposes is separate and optional.

Please include:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • The date of the relevant appointment or treatment.
  • A description of your concern.

Our response will explain the outcome of the investigation, any action being taken and any appropriate further route available to you.
